Adults will learn how prioritization, task analysis, and organization will improve time management skills. Classes are available either virtually or in-person at our Bethpage location.

Adults will learn strategies such as de-escalation, perspective taking, active listening, and self advocacy to improve conflict resolution skills. Classes are available either virtually or in-person at our Bethpage location.
